- Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee offers a sweet and mild profile, holding both Fair Trade and USDA Organic certifications. This distinguished coffee presents bright notes of sweet tangerine and lime, complemented by a powerful and vibrant acidity. The cup concludes with a clean, dry, lemon tea finish.
- Tested for mold and mycotoxins. This coffee has been independently tested by a certified third-party laboratory. It has been verified as toxicologically safe and compliant, with no detectable presence of mold, Aflatoxin, or Ochratoxin.
- Ingredients: Organic 100% Arabica coffee. Certified Orthodox Union OU Kosher. Available whole bean or pre-ground. Approved for use in standard drip coffee makers as well as espresso machines, automatics, pour overs, Aeropress, French press, moka pot, and percolators.
- For best taste in counter top coffee makers, we recommend starting with 1-2 tbsp 5-10g of ground coffee per 6 fl oz 180ml of cold filtered water and adjusting to your taste. This sweet and mild Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee is Fair Trade and USDA Organic Certified. With hints of bright citruses like sweet tangerine and lime, the acidity level is powerful and bright, while the cup finishes with a dry, lemon tea finish.
The cooperative that produces this exceptional Yirgacheffe was founded in 2012 and helps farmers in the area maintain a sustainable life. All 177 members help to lovingly produce the high quality coffees that thrive in the region.
This coffee has been subjected to thorough mold and mycotoxin screening conducted by a certified, third-party analytical laboratory. The findings declare the product to be toxicologically safe and in full compliance. No detectable levels of mold, Aflatoxin, or Ochratoxin were identified in the analyzed sample.

I totally love Coffee, it is my kryptonite. I have traveled the world and have experienced coffee in every location. I love Guatemalan coffee as my number one. Coffee must be from a small farm and Organic. I was lured in by your website to try the Ethiopian coffee. Typically I do not do this because I prefer to try in the country it originates in. That being said, due to age, I am running out of time to hit all the places I have yet to travel to. I broke my rule and bought this coffee to try for the first time from a country I have yet to go to. (I know it seems silly to have this rule but…) I really liked it. Very smooth and flavorful, on my 3rd cup this morning. I have recommended this to a couple of friends who have similar tastes in coffee.
