This rug is just as pictured. Very soft. Bought with rug pad. I love that it is jute AND cotton. Like jute but won’t start breaking down and make a mess. I love how it looks contrasting the dark floors. Slight smell but one night and already disappearing. Great affordable purchase.

Bought this to replace a medium-pile rug that was a nightmare to vacuum because our cat’s fur kept getting caught in the fibers. This is so much easier to clean, lays flat right away, and brings a nice, warm atmosphere to the living room. Looks much more expensive than it is.
