Better Homes & Gardens Blue & Gray Botanical Blooms, Indoor Area Rug, 5' x 7'

I love my new Better Homes and Gardens area rug! I have it in my sun room, that is full of plants and wicker furniture..it gives the room a real flower garden look and feel. Its made from polypropylene and polyester..so should hold up well. Spot cleaning is recommended. The high and low pile give it a sculpted look found in high end carpeting. Im sure therell be other review pics showing how pretty this rug looks on the floor. I wanted to show the backing. Im really impressed with the quality and workmanship. The fibers are woven very close together. You have to dig to see the backing. The edging is beautifully stitched. This is a high quality carpet. I love the Better Homes and Garden line at Walmart!

This is a beautiful rug, I'd almost go as far as to say this is the rug of my dreams. The more I look at it the more I love it, but then I've always been partial to this type of botanical leaf and flower silhouette pattern. It's a fairly large rug (5 by 7). You could use it in your living space or bedroom. If your room is small it would take up most of the area. Not sure why it's called "high-low". I guess it's because there's a very slight height difference in the pile on parts of the pattern that gives it a textured look. The pile almost has a faded, shimmery look at an angle that makes it look like an heirloom rug (not to say it looks old) and it blends in beautifully with anything you have. Thicker and softer than your average utilitarian rug (but not a shag) it's still easy to vacuum. Nice thick weave with a solid non-slip backing. The grey/blue color and pattern is very subtle and doesn't hit you over the head. Not the type of decour you would tire of easily. I can't find any complaints. Home and Garden sure knows how to pick them.
