After working out I tried the chewable tablets for about 2 weeks and it really does the job. The next day after working with weights I don't feel as sore as before. The taste isn't bad but The tablets are a little bit on the bigger side I personally don't mind but for people who has difficulty With pills, tablets it may be too big. For example My husband who works out a lot more than me didn't like to chew the tablet and didn't like the texture Either. For me it's working well and I like it. It does what it's supposed to do. I recently started using Klean Endurance dietary supplement to help with my energy level. I haven't been taking them very long, but so far I can't say I see a big difference in my energy. I do feel like it might be helping some. I do see a difference when exercising. I don't seem to get as tired while exercising.
