Endurance Help

I recently started using Klean Endurance dietary supplement to help with my energy level. I haven't been taking them very long, but so far I can't say I see a big difference in my energy. I do feel like it might be helping some. I do see a difference when exercising. I don't seem to get as tired while exercising. I also don't seem to get the calf muscle cramps that I did before taking them. I feel that my muscles are not as sore either after a workout. I did read that D-ribose can help the heart and also may help with pain. For all these reasons I think this supplement is worth giving it a try.

Not sure

This product tastes good. Can be taken 1 to 3 times a day. From what I read D-Ribose is good for the heart. So for that reason I think it's worth a try! Some may take it before working out or after or even both. I believe time will tell with consistent use if this product would be a good addition for daily life.

It does reduce the muscle fatigue

After working out I tried the chewable tablets for about 2 weeks and it really does the job. The next day after working with weights I don't feel as sore as before. The taste isn't bad but The tablets are a little bit on the bigger side I personally don't mind but for people who has difficulty With pills, tablets it may be too big. For example My husband who works out a lot more than me didn't like to chew the tablet and didn't like the texture Either. For me it's working well and I like it. It does what it's supposed to do. I'll like to try more products From this brand.
