Works above ground too

I don't have a garden problem with voles, but I certainly did have a problem with an above-ground critter (maybe a rabbit). It was chewing up my cantaloupes and watermelons. I bought two sizes of these little metal “bags,“ and put each of my cantaloupes and small watermelons in one. I wove a string through the links around the opening of each bag, and used the string to pull the top closed near the stem. They worked perfectly, and I got to eat the remaining melons!

Useful ABOVE ground too!

The points Walmart asked me to like or dislike are pointless! Germination, appearance, and lawn are simply not relevant. I bought these little metal mesh bags to use ABOVE ground. I bought two sizes to slip over the watermelons and cantaloupes in my garden. I wove a piece of string around the top edge of each bag and pulled the string to gather the bag near the stem. No more damage from the rabbits in my neighborhood! I love it!
