Pompeii 1ct Halo Diamond Engagement Ring Set Split Shank Bridal Wedding 14K White Gold

I was first excited by this ring. I ordered it for our reaffirmation of our love and was promised 2 weeks shipment. After 6 weeks of a no show and paying for the product, still no ring, so I cancelled, twice. 3 weeks after that, the ring showed up after I cancelled now 3 times. In my anxiety to see what it looked like, I pulled the USPS package it showed up in to find a flimsy classless ring box with no authenticity of anything, just my receipt (after talking to Walmart CS 4 times and emailing the supplier 3 times to cancel the order and return my funds to my account). To make matters worse, the ring combined, was as thin as my toe nail. It's a flop for me

Packaging was absolutely poor. The rings came out of the insert in the box it was shipped in because they were not secured and this allowed them to roll around in the box and contact each other during shipping. I now have to have them checked for damage. The picture shown is exactly how we received them.
