Works great for kids. We found out that one of my kids has developed an allergy to dogs and cats, as well as mites, moles and seasonal allergies. As we do have dogs, we needed to in case the pillows and beds in her room. This does wash well and it does not shrink after being washed and dried. It makes no noise at all at night. We have even trade it as well Your head doesn't get hot or sweaty at night nor do you get I just constantly called pillow. It seems to retain your body heat as it is. It isn't slippery so we haven't had an issue with pillowcases sliding off. There has been a reduction in I redness and allergy reactions from the seasonal stuff. So it is working and it is doing its job.

This was a replacement purchase for an existing cover. I bought a new pillow and wanted to ensure it was safe. This one fit my pilllow snugly and not too big. The protector itself washed well and has no loose threads or piling. I spilled my water bottle shortly after receiving it. The pillowcase was soaked but protector kept pillow dry.
