One of the cups arrived with several cracks. They were packed extremely well, the cup was cracked prior to shipping. Rather than send a replacement Wal-Mart wants you to send back the damaged item after which they will process a refund THEN you can purchase the item again. Cups are really cute but not worth the headaches to return, wait for the refund then purchase AGAIN hoping for a better outcome. Sad customer service.
