Sent Wrong Items/ Still waiting for my items

Ordered 2 dell PC's ...few days later I received someone else order instead. Contacted them via email, received label to ship back but no word on my order and when it will arrive. Forward a week later, I sent another email for tracking no response yet and still waiting. Called the phone number listed on seller info and left a message. Not a great experience so far at all.
