strange situation with packaging

I ordered this perfume. I somehow felt this aroma and I really liked it. The delivery was fast. But the part with the promo code was cut out on the box. That is, the box was opened. In the photo, I circled it with a marker. Now I have doubts about the authenticity of the perfume.
