Quality piece but not ""cloud white""

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful, high quality and comfortable loveseat for our covered patio. My only complaint is regarding the color description. I had been searching for the right outdoor wicker pieces for our patio for about a year and was looking for a true white, which is not easy to come by. I thought I had found the answer here with the ""cloud white"" loveseat and ottomans. Perhaps 'natural' would be a better term for the color name. The shade is quite different from the photos on the website, definitely more beige. #sweepstakes

I would not purchase this product again.

I purchased this love seat and the matching chairs about 4 or 5 years ago. It is used on my deck spring, summer and fall and in cold weather is stored inside. The chairs have held up very well but the love seat is literally falling apart . The ""wicker"" is crumbling on the arm rests and on the front of the love seat, unfortunately I'm going to have to get rid of it because I don't feel as if it's a safe seat anymore.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the product. The loveseat has exhausted the one year warranty. Typically, outdoor furniture last about 5 years before needing replacing. Regards
