Excellent Probiotic
I was looking for a probiotic that would just help things move along while I try to eat healthy. I've been taking this Vitamin Bounty Probiotic for two weeks and have noticed a big difference in my gut health. I seem to be less bloated and feeling like I'm regulated in the best ways. Taking two caps per day with a meal seems to really do the trick.
