The only problem was no instructions were sent on how to install. Several size bolts were not marked which ones go where. It was hit and miss had to remove screws and put in others. Please get some instructions. I got it together. I love it

The chair is comfortable and doesn't hurt my back. The assembly was like trying to put a puzzle together, I had the pieces but the instructions were missing. The screws also came in one single bag so I didn't realize there were 2 sizes and didn't know which went where.
