After shampooing with Violet Crush Shampoo, generously apply the Purple Toning Mask evenly through wet hair and comb through. Leave on 1 - 3 minutes, and not more than 5 minutes, rinse well. Wash hands immediately. Use weekly or as needed until desired toning results are achieved.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) If you have blonde highlights I highly recommend this product! It honestly makes the blonde just POP out!! Softens yellow roots
I bought the mask to help tone down some yellowish root. I get my hair coloured platinum blonde and sometimes my roots hold onto a bit of yellow after bleaching. This mask worked wonders, banishing the brass, even after one application. And my hair is soft — which can be hard to achieve with super bleached hair. If you're blonde and have wrestled with yellow … try this mask.
