Incomplete

The file cabinet has quality control problems, specifically in the packaging. It arrived incomplete, without the handles. The drawers cannot be opened. The foam with which it is packaged is of low quality so the file cabinet has dents.

The Replacement, Replacement, and Replacement

I bought this product originally and they shipped the wrong color. Upon returning it, they replaced it with the right color, but all of the handles and the keys were missing from it. I'm hoping the 3rd time is the charm, as they are now replacing, the replacement, replacement.
