The Kumho Solus TA11 is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Kumho offers a 75,000 mile tread wear warranty with this model.

Kumho covers this tire model and size with its Road Hazard Warranty. This warranty is available for tires damaged by road hazards within the first 12 months after the purchase date, or until the first 3/32” of the tire tread wears away, whichever comes first! If this tire sustains road hazard damage (typically caused by nails, glass, or potholes) on its tread area, customers have a right to use the Road Hazard warranty for a Tire Replacement of an equivalent Kumho tire. To receive the Road Hazard warranty, customers with damaged tires must file a claim with Kumho Tires.

The tire's special double silicone tire compound and its tread pattern with the numerous small sipes promote superb all weather traction. Their combination ensures safer dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The four wide and deep circumferential grooves effectively prevent hydroplaning situations by channeling water and slush away from the tire footprint. The improved hydroplaning resistance and year round traction ensure a safer driving experience.

The double silicone tire compound enhances the tire's tread life and fuel efficiency as well. It lowers the rolling resistance with the boosted road gripping ability. The rolling resistance is the pressure affecting the tires that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to keep the tires in motion. The decreased rolling resistance improves the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, making the tire more fuel efficient and environmentally friendly. The reduced rolling resistance also slows the tread wear rate down by keeping the tire cool under the driving pressure. As heat buildup is prevented, the tire's tread is even and lasts for a longer period of time.

The tread pattern's continuous center ribs enhance the steering responsiveness and driving stability.
