Best sink strainer there is!
will never go back to the old rubber stopper type strainer!! bought one of these Danco Heavy Duty Sink Strainer Baskets at walmart store, last one left at West Stone dr Walmart Tn. Had to order this online and there were only 3 left at Ft Henry drive Walmart well worth the 5 bucks more each!! heavy rings on bottom hold in place to stop up or let out water. the old rubber stopper type would get gummy and frayed and be of little use to stop up the sink water. Nasty looking and unsure whether it will hold the water in so I could wash dishes...through with those things!

Do not buy!
Didn't know a sink strainer could be bad before I got this one! Loose and poorly made. The middle rubber part that is supposed to go up or down to either let water through or hold water doesn't not function properly. The basket doesn't let the sink drain. Such a waste money!
