Completely non-functioning ... Horendous design

This product is laughable. The brushes are pointed to the center (they should flare OUT at least slightly), thus when suction is applied the brushes are pulled to the center, thereby blocking the opening to the hose. After a few seconds of use the opening is completely clogged with debris and the item becomes completely non-functioning. I have four of these pieces of garbage. Of course the seller provided the age-old response: "well, no one else has complained" Wrong response.
