This computer has too much AI that affected the setup. It reverted to settings I didn't want. Getting it unconnected to other computers I own wasn't as simple as I had hoped. I had to consult several IT experts and the issues persisted for several weeks. HP needs to do a better job working with Microsoft because it is impacting HP's image. I considered returning this computer because there were so many issues. The hardware seems good, although I would have preferred a 2T hard drive and it wasn't an option.

This computer is a nice /large/ laptop with a full keyboard. Too many laptops are trying to be tiny tablets and just end up as suboptimal devices. Not a problem here. The materials also seem solid quality for the chassis. That said, it would be better if there was a touch screen. A backlit keyboard would also be nice. That part is particularly important here, as the item description made seem as if the keyboard would be backlit. The reality is that it isn't. So a bit of false advertising there. There is a copilot key on the keyboard now, which is really just wasted real estate. Thankfully it is possible to remap that to something else but you need to be at least a bit tech savvy to do so. However, the 32 GB of DDR4 ram is excellent and ensure speed for anything you would realistically do with a mid-tier laptop.
