Solutions over 8% MUST be Insured and pay a $25 to $35 Hazmat Chemical Transport Fee, have a Hazardous Liquid label on the bottle and box, be packed in absorbent material and requires an Adult Signature on delivery. If ALL of these precautions are not followed the product is illegally shipped by USPS. UPS allows up to a 12% solution to be shipped without Hazmat fees.
