Power Cord Adapter for HP Limited Edition Beats

l like the adapter because it fits and that it arrived on time. However, the item came in three parts, unlike the original one-piece adapter for the special edition beats computer. Not what l was expecting. Also, two of the parts look new, while the third looks quite old. Like someone ran into their basement to disconnect the cord from their old computer. l was kind of disappointed with that. l have not set up my computer yet, but l hope it does work when l do. lt should. l hope!
