Gerotor pumps utilize a unique gear and rotor eccentric mechanism that squeezes the fuel within the pump to create high pressure with very little pulsation. Solid silver fuel sender contact design provides better electrical conductivity, extending sender contact life while providing resistance to corrosive fuel blends and additives. Armatures are over molded for optimum balance and long life, reducing turbulence with added armature wire protection. Includes Carter Fuel Systems patented Clean Screen strainer, which provides up to 40 percent greater dirt-holding capacity than the next-best competing strainer, providing longer life with less clogging.
