Belle Isle Furniture Queen Modern Rubberwood Upholstered Panel Beds with USB Power Connection, Beige

I like that it's high but what I don't like is my usb port doesn't work on either side of my bed. I had to pay for a new bed frame instead of them trading it for another size which I would've paid the difference for and I had to pay for my shipping cost. I was told the protection coverage I paid for only covered the first bed frame I paid for and didn't transfer to the new one I purchased. I just want to know how to fix it myself, can someone help

I love the look of the bed and the set up was pretty easy. The USB Power ports are not working, which was what I was looking for when shopping for a new bed frame. I ordered a full size but there is some space between the box spring and the side of the bed frame.
