best Shredder figure under $20

The details and paint apps on this figure are impeccable. The similarity to the Shredder drawings is amazing. The joints are tight as well unlike on some of my ninja turtles. This probably won't hold up to actual play unlike the original Playmates line which could take lots of abuse. I display my figures though so that won't be a problem.
