Looks great but doesn't function

Ghost looks as pictured online and would be a very cute decoration IF it worked correctly. The suction cups are strong and stick to a window just fine, but are entirely too small to hold up the ghost in a desirable position - it just sort of droops down and doesn't look right no matter how you try to reposition.

The items were much smaller than pictured. Also, because of the positioning of the suction cups, the ghosts hung horizontal facing the floor. You cannot even tell what it is. I will be returning this purchase.
