Go To DVD.

Love this DVD. It's gentle and relaxing and can be done anytime, even at bed time, as it is not aerobic. It's a range of motion DVD and gets healing oxygen to all parts of the body. You need to work up to doing the whole 55 minutes as some of the muscles used don't usually get a lot of movement.
