If you want to do swing exercises, I suggest you buy a much lighter Titan Fitness swing bag, like a 15 pound or 20 lb one, but this one is great for doing strap curls, squats, presses, and rows with. 50 pounds doesn't sound like much, but it feels a lot heavier when it is in a swing bag. I suppose it is because it is dead weight. This bag will make you strong, but I doubt most can spin it around their heads unless they are already strong.

These bags arrived in perfect condition. They look better in person than they do on the website. They feel very sturdy and I am sure I'll get a lot of use out of them. Titan has a mixed reputation regarding the condition of the items when they arrive, but I have to say, they have really upped their game. I've had several items in a row show up in perfect condition.
