I usually hate painting my own nails because the brushes are so hard to use. The brush in the Essie nail polish is so smooth and enabled me to be almost mess free even with my non-dominant hand. With everything going on, Essie is worth the price. It's just a traditional simple formula nail polish. I'm not looking for a salon quality manicure. Just a cute color for the week on my fingers. If you only use one coat there's streaks but a second coat clears those up!
