healthy and it tastes so good!

This is a good healthy mix to add to your diet if you do not get enough vitamin C. It's so easy to make and mix. You can stir it or just put it in a closable bottle and shake it up. You can taste the fruity flavor and feel the energy boost from a healthy supplement without needing caffeine as long as your caffeine tolerance isn't too high. The taste depends on how much water you mix with it so be sure to use the suggested amount.
