I ordered this sectional I didn't receive this one

They sent me the wrong sectional changed me for this Bianco navy blue which I didn't receive I called three times to return and refund my money am not getting any way I am being told to wait 48 hours for the seller to contact me that never happened am still waiting for my refund the item doesn't look the same as the picture and it also damaged am still waiting for my refund
