    • Made with proprietary foam that conforms to your foot and provides superior shock-absorbing comfort from heel to toe.

I've had foot problems all my life and surgery a few years ago. These are comfortable and easy to use. When my orthopedic surgeon saw them, she approved me to use them.

Cadence insoles: affordable/great value

For the past decade I've been playing competitive tennis 3 or 4 times per week, so proper shoe fit is critical for foot health and avoiding injuries such as plantar fasciitis (which I experienced earlier). Feet differ person-to-person, but even manufacturers of elite tennis and other athletic shoes offer only a limited combination of lengths (9, 9.5, 10 etc.) and widths (C, D,DD, etc.), and the insoles are cheap/flimsy/foam. Go to a top online tennis retailer and note the variation among reviews of even the most expensive or “hottest” shoes regarding shoe “fit”: “great fit” for some, “poor fit” for others. Any surprise given feet vary? The solution: take out the flimsy insoles and put in an orthotic insole that works for you. I found that I didn't need to see a podiatrist to fit me or spend a lot, but just select a quality orthotic that I found to be the best value (cost across its lifespan) and that could meet the often cited criteria of fit, support, shock absorption, size, material and volume. Cadence has been that orthotic for me for almost 10 years now across tennis and athletic shoe replacements/changes. I can trim Cadence insoles (if needed) to fit a new shoe, they further shape to conform to my foot and shoe nuance, require little or even no break-in, and last for at least 2 years for me (the top fabric wears in spots, but I could replace that if I wished to take the time). Superfeet insoles are also quality, but I find Cadence to be a better value (lower cost with long-life) and require little or no break-in.

Foot pain gone with use of these.

Orthopedic Doctor told me to purchase a pair to alleviate foot pain. I was skeptical, but they worked so I decided to purchase another pair verses buy new shoes. This was my second pair. They arrived in a box as advertised. I do have a high arch. They give bottom stiffness to the shoes. I was told a shoe should not fold in half easily as this is not good to support your foot.
