Malossi MHR La Furia Rossa Performance Transmission Overrange Kit for 50cc Minarelli 2-stroke engines.
This is the transmission kit that Malossi uses in their own race teams!
The variator has a larger diameter and when used in conjunction with the included overrange belt it provides significantly higher top speed and acceleration. The variator uses 19x15mm weights and comes with 2 sets of weights in 3.5 g and 3.8 g for tuning.
The clutch rear pulley is made of CNC machined aluminum and provides a much stronger and lighter drive which helps to lower power loss in the transmission and increases response. It is designed especially for this kit and the new design is heavily tested in both the computer and on the racetrack to get best results. There are small holes drilled in the pulley which improves cooling considerably and provides a better grip on the belt, increasing the life of the belt. A clutch torque spring is included as well.
