This item was partially open and missing a part!

This item was partially open and missing a part! The plastic was no longer glued to the cardboard back and the fig and one of the trident projectiles was just sitting in the bottom of the pack. The ink bomb and staff were still in the plastic but the other trident missile was missing. Not in the package or box! This was a gift for my son's 7th birthday coming up. Can we get a replacement part?
