Shelves Sold Out

When we first received this, it was great, the thing goes anywhere and my grandson loves it. It has been 3 mos and now when he presses the peddle to go, it just sits, and when it did go, got stuck in reverse. I am now emailing back and forth with the company for resolution, but so far nothing. It is a lot of money to pay for it to only work for 3 months! And so far no help from the seller

really wasn't expecting a lot for the price. was happily surprised! the tractor is great! zippy little thing my 1 year old is obsessed with. she runs trash yo the dumpster with the trailer and helps clean fence line. the trailer is a cheap thing but he'll it hold her 40 lb sister without issue.remote is responsive though I wish the range was a tad further at least for the emergency brake feature. it also would be nice if it had a hole to put a keyring on.we have yet run down the battery, we run this thing all over our 11 acres of rough Prarie land and this thing just keeps chugging im super impressed.it was pretty simple to assemble but the battery charger is in an odd place making it difficult for her to 'wash' her tractor
