Need to get a job as a lunch lady

Nothing like the shirt pictured. I read comments before ordering and ordered two sizes larger than what I normally wear. Uncomfortably close fitting. Sits high on the neck, not open like pictured. The pictured shirt appears to drape and come below pockets. The one I received does not. I look like a school lunch lady in the shirt.
