CHITA Modern Wingback Dining Chairs with Casters&Wood Base Set of 2

I purchased two pairs of chairs. This was my second Chita purchase. I should have known from the first order (2 barstools) that obtaining the correct parts would be difficult. There is clearly no quality control with regards to their shipping department and making sure all the parts are accounted for. The first purchase had a few random parts thrown in the box at the end. No protection and unsecured. It was obvious it was a last minute addition. This order was two boxes of two chairs for a total of 4 chairs. There is minimal assembly required other than adding the casters to the bottom. But neither box was packed correctly. Box 1: 2 chairs, 2 sets of casters/nuts, 2 wrenches, 2 extra nuts floating around, no instructions Box 2: 2 chairs, 1 set of casters/nuts, 1 wrench, 0 extra parts, instruction sheet Two chairs (different boxes) had the casters taped securely to the side of the chair while one set was floating around in the ginormous box or missing all together. Missing parts is clearly an issue for this company as the very first paragraph in the instruction manual is the email to request missing parts. I am on day 5 and can't get a response. I originally emailed, standard we will get back to you. After 24 hours I tried chat, standard we will get back to you. Finally on day 3 I got a message that my email and chat had been merged into one issue, but no response or resolution. I responded to that email and got an immediate reply that they could mail me the 4 casters but I would need to go buy the 4 nuts myself. I confirmed that was fine and to please send them. No response even though I responded immediately to the email. Another 24 hours have passed and no response from the company. The chairs themselves are very nice on the fabric area. 2 of the 3 working casters glide very nicely. The third set of casters is stickier and not as easy to move (these were probably the ones slamming around in the box). And of course the fourth is missing so the chair is too short and too heavy to use currently. Lastly while they claim the trim on the bottom is wood it is not wood I have ever seen before. It looks more like molded plastic painted to look like wood. While I love the chairs from the fabric and appearance standpoint all of the other issues mean I can't recommend them to anyone. I spent over $1000 on chairs and only 3 of the 4 work.
