Too small and too stiff!

Scrub shirt is way too small. I am a L and ordered an XL and it was too small. Material is stiff and rough. I tried to return it and Walmart wouldn't accept it, I had to contact the seller. They told me I had to pay the shipping to return it. Complete waste of money. This is the second time I reviewed this and my first review was never posted. I wonder why??
