Time and Tru Women's Patchwork Fashion Denim Shorts

Yes they are tight in the waist and baggy everywhere else. They are super old school as far as fit. Normally I would be a size 8 and a size 12 worked for me. I really don't like how they make my body look, but in saying this, I do like the baggy longer length when I wear them with a tunic length tank top. I will also wear them with a long sleeve off the shoulder tunic top for cooler weather if it ever gets here. (still in the mid 90's in mid September here) Once you find the size that works for you, they are pretty comfortable in my opinion. I will also be able to wear them if I need to do some light yard work and not show everything to the neighbors when I bend over! ha!
