Great tire, longevity is why I bought this journey tire and so far it’s been really good. I put 3000 miles on it and a whole bunch of burnouts and I have more than 50%. I would assume this tire will give me around 10,000 miles if I didn’t burn out. It’s for my 2002 VTX 1800. Not the best traction in rain but 95% of my riding is sunny days. The harder compound in the center gives you better high speed, stability, but then you lose a little traction in the wet conditions. It’s really good for breaking since under high heat. It will not smear as easy.
