Unforgotten: The Complete Third Season (Masterpiece Mystery!)

Once again, the interaction between the two main individual members of the police team is intellectually professional as well as warmly personal. The personal lives of the two main protagonists is supportive to the narrative but does not override the story line. (Superior writing and acting.) The supporting police characters could get a tiny bit more time, and I hope that future seasons have more of the other characters input to the cases' solution, but I can live happily with this the way it is now. This third six-part season was one I thought I would watch over multiple nights; wrong. Had to stay up and watch the whole thing, just like I had to do with the first two seasons. There are also some "danglers" in this season that one might consider the basis for another case for the future. I am ready for the fourth season! Brilliant series all 'round. Worth every penny...and the headache from staying up too late into the next morning.
