We ordered one and it came but it was damaged by shipping, so the great servive of walmarts sent us a new replacement right away with no hassle .The new one is doing a great job for us having well water and its working great. easy to instull and it doesn't take up a lot of room like most water softners.It evan has a built in filter which is great... no more buying filters.The service is the best at walmarts.So far we are very satisified with the water boss.Thank you!

after there support help. the problems I created. where solved. I put to much of salt in. 2 bags at once .caused compaction at bottom of water softener, could not regenerate properly. causing staining still. and needing minimum of 40 lbs of water pressure in house. had to raise it from 30lbs to 40lbs. was no big deal

Short and Stout
We had another brand of water softener for three years, but had a lot of trouble with it. We have city water so we decided to order a 220 WaterBoss. It was easy to install (it hooked up just like the other brand we tossed out). It is much smaller (which I like), and it softens the water (I am a happy camper). I do hope it holds up well and last for many years, because I like very thing about it so far.
