The head hole was tight initially but it relaxed permanently once i wore it a few times. I'm normally a size medium top, 8 pants, C cup, and i ordered a large bc, duh, its a hoodie, and it fits well and looks nice, but i think i could have ordered an XL and been a little more comfy. I usually wear this with a nursing tank. If you want to wear more clothes underneath it I'd size up more.
