the backpack works great, is soft and beathable and sturdy and Mr. Peanut customer service is incredible if anything goes wrong. Keep track of your package using the shipper directly. Walmart gave my notifcation 3 hours after the package was dropped off, giving the box no chance in my neighborhood.
