Easy to Install, Fits Perfectly, Works Great!

This new "never loosens" design is really slick, makes cleaning the seat and bowl so much easier of course - but it's the installation that most impressed me. The screws and bolts have changed, square head screws stay put while bolting on, and the 5/8" (16mm") bolts are a great new design with a head that snaps off when the proper torque has been reached (but remainder of long bolt shaft remains in case you need to back it off later). The hinge has a nice sanitary design, just like the Mayfair seat I was replacing.
