As others have mentioned, the push-button locking mechanism is very sticky and rough, even after lubricating. Also, the button pops out even when it's locked, so there's no visual cue that the door is locked (I get why, but still bad design). They should have used a turning lock instead of a button. Also, the exterior rose doesn't get pulled in when you tighten the screws, so it won't sit flush against the door, and you'll see the metal "frame" underneath (see photo). Honestly, pretty disappointing. I thought the Safe Lock line might have slightly more "budget" finishes or materials but similar manufacturing and design. Nope, they straight up use worse designs that have bad functionality.
