Love the IRobot Roomba!

Love my new iRobot Roomba! I have a cat who seems to shed all the time. The Roomba can be programmed to clean 3 days/week and I no longer have gobs of hair on my carpet. Also scans any room and creates a template for future cleaning. With this feature, I'm able to do my entire upstairs. Just be sure to pick up toys, and pull up any cords before engaging Roomba. Love it!!

Mapping with straight lines rocks!

Mapping works and vacuums in straight lines. Charges and goes back to where it left off. Done 1600sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bath house completely in 2 hours plus an hour charging time. Finds charging station quickly. Big improvement over models without mapping and well worth the upgrade. I got mine for $299. Deal!!!

Works and doesn't quit till it's finished!

I purchased the Shark Robot vaccuum because it had more features, room mapping, spot cleaning etc. Only problem was it just kept stopping. In the middle of a room with nothing near it. Had to keep pushing the re-start button 15 to 20 times to finish one room. Roomba much more powerful, doesn't slow down and just moves around what is in the way. Doesn't stop until it's done. But it doesn't have some of the same high tech features I did like on the Shark. Looked it up the Roomba model that does those things starts at $600.
