I like that it connects to my phone. The heart rate is accurate and I assume the o2 is accurate as well (as long as you're still and it's on properly). I have a hard time breathing occasionally and I thought it was just anxiety. My oxygen has varied from 90% to 99%, dipping down when I feel like my lungs aren't expanding properly. It's consistently been 97%-99% for everyone else in our household.
