Instructions
General directions: Do not take maximum dose for more than 2 days per week. Age group directions: Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older:: 2 chews (1 dose); repeat dose every 1/2 hour to 1 hour as needed; do not exceed 8 doses in 24 hours; use until diarrhea stops but not more than 2 days. Children Under 12 Years:: Ask a doctor; drink plenty of clear fluids to help prevent dehydration caused by diarrhea.

I haven't had Kaopectate since I was a child, and it was neither a chew, nor was it a pleasant experience. They were out of the Pepto I usually get so I tried this. What a wonderful surprise! These chews are easy to unwrap, soft and easy to chew, and with a pleasant taste. Even better, they helped the gastrointestinal distress I was experiencing. Yay. No muss no fuss, and no mess. And easy to take one along in my purse just in case. Will definitely buy again.
