Awesome product

Works as expected. You may need to press the power button when switching from newer to older machines. Otherwise works perfectly.

Glitchy some of the time

My company purchased many of these docks. Sometimes they work okay and other times they are glitchy. By glitchy, I mean that one of two of HDMI monitors either flashes or doesn't come on at all. I've restarted the dock, rebooted by laptop, switches ports on the dock, etc. I have only been able to get two monitors to work at a time (one USB-C and one HDMI) and that was after messing with it for several minutes. I would like to use three monitors. I don't have time to take several minutes to get monitors working each day. Additionally, sometimes a monitor will just stop working when it had been working for hours. Very frustrating.

Good but has connection issues

I really like the dock and all of the ports that it has, especially the multiple USB-A and HDMI whereas most move to all USB-C. The issue is there are a lot of issues with screens going black at random for 3-5 seconds at any time. There will be times I turn on my computer and one screen just shows static until I power cycle the dock. These are minor issues though and overall it seems to perform well.
