Worst White out Pen!!

I bought this because the price was lower than our normal white out we buy but I totally see why it's cheaper. You can't write over it once it's dry. I've tried and tried and today I decided to throw it away still mostly full because it's not worth the frustration it causes!! Don't buy this!!!
